Iditarod Checkpoint

Hi from the checkpoint of Iditarod! Thanks for your advice on trimming down the team! The weather can be tough here, especially along Beaver Flats, because the land is wide open and windy. Whiteouts can come out of nowhere!

But I do love it here. Sometimes people just cut loose and have some fun with it! Do you like snowball fights? Want to have a fun one right on the computer? You have to check this out! Go to http://www.arcadevault.com/snowcraft_2.html and see how well you do against the green team!

Hey Jeff King!
We wanted to be the first to say hello as you come in to the Iditarod checkpoint. We have been very proud to have picked you as our musher to follow. We think you must be tired by now. When will you take a long break?

Since you will be breezing through here today, we figured that we would leave a little note waiting for you at this checkpoint.

It is good to see that you are up and running again after your 24 h stop. Have fun as you continue the race!

I noticed that you are losing an amount of your dogs. You may want to slow down with that as you need to stay fast.
